NTX Plumbing SMS/MMS Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description: When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include responses to a quote, estimate, or service inquiry, real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing, appointment scheduling and confirmations, feedback requests, project updates, etc.

2. Program frequency: You can expect to receive [number] messages per month from us.

3. Opt-out: You can opt out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START,” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Help: If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us at www.ntxplumbing.com.

I had an odd request and Russell at NTX stepped up to handle it. I'm a material scientist and needed some gas lines installed in a laboratory. Russell procured the right tubing, ran it through a fairly tight space, secured it and terminated each end with fittings. Throughout the process he was courteous, communicative and on time. The job looks great in 3 areas, but I held back a star because the tubing is a bit bent in one area. Still Russell said he'll come back out and straighten it with some tool soon. Will update then. Update: Russell came back about a week later and straightened out the pipes. They look fantastic now

I have been using North Texas Air for years. When I heard they merged with North Texas plumbing I was thrilled. I had an issue with my tankless water heater so I called Russell. He sent out Jose. I was very impressed with this young man. He was Extremely knowledgeable! He was professional and showed respect to my home. When he came in he Covered his shoes with shoe covers so he wouldn’t bring dirt in the house. After assessing the issue, he explained what was going on with the water heater and explained what was needed done Jose had the water heater working! If you are needing a plumber I would highly recommend Jose at North Texas Plumbing!

Very professional, great with communication. I had some unusual circumstances with my availability, they were understanding and flexible. The work was done when they said and without unexpected charges. The excavation crew did an excellent job, my yard actually looks better after they dug and replaced the soil than before!

When something like a water leak happens, the uncertainty of the situation can be paralyzing. What stands out above the quality of work, which was tremendous, was the professionalism and wonderful communication. Miguel was exceptional. We were not home when he arrived onsite. He calmly explained the circumstances, respectfully answered all our questions, and clearly articulated timelines/next steps. Miguel always reviewed the scope of work, even as it evolved, before doing anything. We were very impressed.
